Scoring rubric

Submissions will be scored using the following guiding rubric:

Influence
The team or person has succeeded in:

Driving a strong culture of mental wellness within their own company and, ideally, in their broader industry
Encouraging and inspiring others to be champions of workforce mental health, especially employees outside of the benefits team
Using their influence and credibility to improve access and utilization of mental health care programs

Inclusivity
The team or person has succeeded in:

Ensuring all employees, regardless of tenure, seniority, location, or any other factor can benefit from comprehensive mental health care programming
Promoting the importance of culturally responsive care and communication

Authenticity
The team or person has succeeded in:

Creating a comprehensive approach to mental health care that is unique and highly tailored toward its industry and employees
Actively working to overcome existing mental health stigma within their employee base
Making mental health more than a benefit shared once a year, but a constant focus and priority

Innovation
The team or person has succeeded in:

Pioneering new programs and tactics to promote the importance of mental health care
Demonstrating creativity in their approach to increasing participation in mental health care programs
