As the Managing Director of Total Rewards, Paul Sale establishes strategic goals and direction to design, implement, communicate and support the administration of compensation, benefit, retirement and employee travel programs. He works collaboratively throughout the organization creating solutions that have the potential for transformational change that will enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

Paul joined Alaska in December 2022 from serving in a Senior HR advisory role for Portland General Electric. Prior to that role, he served as the SVP, CHRO for FLIR and CHRO for Mentor Graphics.

Susan Wyatt, MPH, is a recognized leader with a passion for public health and creating systems that help people lead physically and mentally healthy lives. Susan currently leads the Customer Success team at Lyra Health, overseeing relationships and building trust with partner companies, and serves as a company spokeswoman. Her public health background and deep benefit business partnership experience include roles as a senior benefits business partner at Target and a population health consultant at UnitedHealth Group.

Joe Grasso, PhD, is the vice president of Workforce Transformation at Lyra and a clinical psychologist by training. At Lyra, he oversees the product suite for supporting workplace mental health and leads a team of experts who consult with employers on their management practices, corporate policies, and learning and development programs. Dr. Grasso has been interviewed by national media outlets including CNN, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, and Washington Post for his perspectives on workforce mental health topics. Prior to joining Lyra, Dr. Grasso managed the implementation of a national training program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he also led quality improvement initiatives and conducted health services research. His peer-reviewed research spans topics including integrated health care, psychotherapy outcomes, and the intersection of social identities and mental health.

Chris Jackson leads Lyra’s partnership efforts with a focus on Lyra's Workforce Mental Health Benefit. Chris has evolved into a thought leader in the industry speaking at national benefits and behavioral health conferences. Prior to Lyra, Chris was Head of Public Health for one of the nation's largest behavioral health EHR Providers. He has consulted on and led complex behavioral and public health information technology projects for F500 organizations and in the public sector at local, state, and national levels.
